How parents can submit late orders

We are happy to accept late orders from parents if you have missed the submission date for the project at school. Details of how to do this are shown below. Please note that there is a postage and handling fee for this service.

That's great, how do I submit a late order?

The process is simple...

  1. Visit our new online late order page @
  2. Create your own unique reference code. We recommend you use your initials and postcode
  3. Choose a greeting from the list or create your own
  4. Confirm which details you would like on the back of the card
  5. If you would like a school name, you will need to input your school's unique APFS ID reference number (please contact the project organiser for this)
  6. Select how many packs of cards and gift tags you would like
  7. You will then be transferred to our secure shopping cart to pay for your items
  8. You will then be able to print an order form which you MUST attach to the back of the artwork*
  9. Post the artwork to us @ APFS Late Orders Dept, Unit 3 Joseph Wilson Ind. Estate, Whitstable, Kent CT5 3PS

*This is important as it will enable us to match your order with the artwork once it arrives in the building.

IMPORTANT: Royal Mail 1st class post is not guaranteed and there have been times when artworks have not arrived to us using this service. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you send your artworks using Recorded or Special Delivery.


How much does it cost?

Standard card prices are £6 for first packs and £4 for additionals. Luxury card prices are £7.50 for first packs and £5 for additionals. Due to the additional cost to administer and post late orders, each order will incur a postage & handling fee dependent on the number of packs ordered.

How can I pay?

We only accept payment by debit/credit card using the online service above. If an order is received by post with a cheque then it will be held whilst we contact you to arrange an alternative method of payment.

How long do late orders take to produce?

We aim to dispatch all late orders within 10 working days of receipt.

Will the school receive fundraising for late orders?

Unfortunately not. This is due to the increased cost to administer and produce individual orders.

Can the school submit late orders?

In an effort to make the project as easy to administer as possible we will no longer accept late orders from Schools, and instead parents must submit their own via the online service. However, we understand that there will be times when this is not possible and advise you to contact the office where a member of the team will be able to assist.

Please note that due to copyright APFS cannot reproduce pictures from books, magazines or the internet without permission from the owner of the image(s). This also applies to photographs with a photographer's watermark. Collaged artworks made from pictures cut from magazines are allowed in most circumstances. If in doubt, please seek advice from APFS before sending in the artwork.

PLEASE NOTE - APFS will not produce late orders without payment.
