A useful calendar that’s also a personal keepsake
Keep parents and pupils informed about key dates throughout your school’s academic year – and raise school funds.
Each child's individual artwork is professionally printed onto their own calendar as well as specific dates included by the school relating to the academic year. Each calendar includes a single design, and the children will take pride in creating a piece of art that will be on display at home for the whole year.
The Academic Year Calendar Project is one of many creative fundraising ideas from APFS. Editing the calendar spreadsheet is easy, just select the tab at the bottom of the page, for the month you would like to edit. Then double click the box for the date you require to edit that box. The Leavers Mug Project
In addition to the Academic Year Calendar you can choose to offer a separate project to your school leavers year. As they will be moving on to new schools at the start of the academic year, the calendar will be of little use to them so the Leavers Mug Project is an option that can be combined with the academic year calendar. The mugs will be delivered back into school before the end of the summer term for departing students to take home and cherish as a lasting memento of their time at your school.

The project process
What you need to do…
- Request a FREE, no obligation sample pack
- Complete and return the enclosed order form to receive a FREE project pack containing everything you need to administer the project.
Then…
- Kids have a great time creating their designs. They take them home to their parents along with an order form, leaflet and letter. Parents return the artwork with the payment, and the school despatches it to us by FREE courier.
- At the start of the Autumn term the finished calendars and original artworks are returned, packed in classes ready for easy distribution.
