2. Take a photo of the artwork, following the provided guidelines.

3. Save the image as a JPEG before proceeding to order your cards and gifts!

We’ll handle the rest to make sure the artwork is processed along with the rest of the school’s orders.

When speaking to our customers, the most frequent negative about running the project was how time-consuming it was to collect payments and to fill out the paperwork.

To remedy this, we've moved the collecting of payments away from the School by introducing an online shop for parents to order and make payment. Not only does this mean you, as the organiser, no longer have to handle cash and cheques, but it also means that the system can calculate the orders - meaning you no longer have to fill out any paperwork!

The parents only deal with us.

• They order and pay online, no valuable teaching time used for administration.

• Any query is dealt with by our Customer Service team, who have many years of experience in dealing with the Christmas Card Project. There is nothing that they have not come across, although it makes life interesting when they do!

• If the parent has ordered in error there is no come back on either the parent or the school. No complaints to the organiser or teachers.

• If the parent is unhappy with the reproduction of the child’s artwork we try and do better or refund their money without impacting the fundraising value of the order. The PTA will be delighted with the funds they raise for ongoing school projects.

The organiser has their own organiser portal where they can track the progress of every single order and how many items parents have ordered, enabling them to remind parents as appropriate. We also provide suggested material for this and remind them as the shop closing date gets close saving them having to remember.

The teachers will use some art time to do the designs. We provide many easy guides for those less confident to produce stunning artwork with little mess which the whole class will get a sense of achievement from.

The children will get a huge boost to their self-esteem as their artwork is admired across the globe!

No! Parents pay for their items online and then we send you the money via BACS.

Yes! Unlike some other suppliers, we scan all artworks individually, which ensures not only a higher quality print, but also means there are no limitations in artwork materials. The only medium we advise against is glitter or highly reflective materials as it doesn't always reproduce very well.
