Christmas Card Project

Go green this Christmas with our environmentally-friendly Creative Card Project. Since April, we've been working in partnership with the Woodland Trust, donating money to help plant more woodland across the UK with every bulk of paper we buy. Just by running an APFS Creative Card Project, not only are you fundraising for your school, but you're also helping to plant trees and reduce carbon dioxide as well!

Order a free Sample Pack to share with friends, colleagues and PTA members so that they can see for themselves our

high-quality products.

Next, BOOK YOUR SPACE 2021. After your booking has been confirmed, we will be in touch with key dates for your project. These dates will help you communicate with teachers, pupils and parents as to when the project will start, when to order and when items will be dispatched. Free collection and delivery on all orders across the UK and Channel Islands.

Since we began in 1997, as the original creators of the Creative Card Project, we've helped schools and clubs across the UK

raise over £6 million.

Raise money with every order made!

Be sure to read our Artwork Guidelines for best printed results.

At the beginning of the Autumn term we will distribute project packs and portal login details. Inside the project pack you will have all you need to start the project. You will also have access to a password secure portal, where you will be able to track orders and your fundraising amount.

Once the artworks have been created, remember to stick the unique artwork labels onto the reverse. Orders cannot be placed without a label!

Next, send the child's artwork home. Families will be able to place an order immediately by visiting and inputting the unique artwork code on the reverse of their child's artwork. Families can personalise their cards with pre-selected greetings or write their own.

Once paid, artworks MUST be returned to the organiser and sent to APFS using the pre-paid envelope found in the project pack. We won't be able to create printed items without the artwork.

See our Fundraising Resources page for help with raising awareness.

Children can create as many artworks as they like, as long as there is a label on the back, families can place multiple orders. Just don't forget to send us the paid-for artwork for scanning!

Original artworks and printed items will be sent back to the school on the agreed dispatch date.

Schools never need to handle payment and the fundraising amount will be sent to the school or Organiser once the project has finished.

APFS make the task so easy

Very easy to do. Everything is explained clearly and an answer to any question is only an email away. Much preferred to the company used last time as APFS take on all the admin work and payments.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to any school and we will certainly be using them again
in the future.

Erica, from our Trustpilot reviews

How does the project reduce admin?

When speaking to our customers, the most frequesnt negative about running the project was how time-comsuming it was to collect payments and to fill out the paperwork. To remedy this, we've moved the collecting of payments away from the school by introducing an online shop for parents to order and make payment. Not only does this mean you, as the organiser, no longer have to handle cash and cheques, but it also means the the system can calculate the orders - meaning you no longer have to fill out any paperwork.

How does the project work?

1) Book your space to take part and we will be in touch with you about your key project dates 2) Receive your project pack at the start of Autumn term, plus your portal login details 3) Get the crayons and paint out and start creating your artworks. Once the artworks are complete stick a unique artwork label onto the reverse 4) Send artworks home to families and direct them to They will then need to input the code found on the label stuck on the reverse of their child's artwork.Parents will be able to modify the cards by adding a personalised greeting 5) Collect the artwork from parents who have placed an order and dispatch them to us for scanning 6) We will transform the artworks into the printed items and ordered and send them all back, along with the children's artwork on the estimated disaptch date agreed For more details, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team on 0800 027 1939 or email

Does the project cost the school any money to complete?

No! We will handle all payments and send the fundraising amount to the school once the project is complete.

Can I use any materials to produce our artworks?

Yes! Unlike some other suppliers, we scan all artworks individually, which ensures not only a higher quality print, but also means there are no limitations in artwork materials. The only medium we advise against is glitter or highly reflective materials as it doesn't always reproduce very well. Please visit our Artwork Guidelines for more information.

Will late or repeat orders be accepted?

Please get in touch with our customer service team if you need to place a later order. Please do not send late artworks via post or email as they will not be processed. Reorders can be placed via the online shop using the unique artwork code on the reverse of the artwork.
